OCF (Our Change Foundation) is the 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor that processes all donations, ensuring tax-deductibility for donors. Stripe is the payment processor. Sweepstakes expenses include prize fulfillment (flights, hotel, tickets) and paid media.
